President Muhammadu Buhari has given September 15 as the deadline for all federal ministries and agencies to comply with the Treasury Single Account (TSA) directive.

In a statement on Monday, the president’s official Twitter handle, @NGRPresident, said all revenues must go into the Central Bank of Nigeria’s (CBN) TSA.

“President Muhammadu Buhari has issued a Tuesday, September 15, 2015 deadline for all federal MDAs (Ministries, Departments and Agencies) to comply with the Treasury Single Account (TSA) instruction.

“By that deadline, all federal government revenues must go into the Central Bank Treasury Single Account (TSA), except otherwise expressly approved.”
