Ronda Rousey Shares A Shakespeare Quote That Will Make You Sad

It’s been a rough two months for former women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey, who is currently on a medical suspension after being knocked out by Holly Holm at UFC 193. Rousey has been mostly silent since her loss, but said in an interview with ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne that she’s been “really [expletive] sad,” and her sister wrote that a part of Rousey died that night in Melbourne.

I don’t see a point in reliving the moment when a part of my loved one died, when I saw someone I cared about have her soul crushed.”

Rousey likes to post quotes on Instagram, and shared a line from William Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night Monday.

Yikes. That’s depressing. Fortunately for Rousey, she is still adored and remains the most popular fighter in the business. Rousey will likely have a chance to redeem herself in a rematch with Holly Holm that is expected to happen at UFC 200 in July, and is set to star in a movie alongside Mark Wahlberg this year. All is not lost.
