Super Eagles Qualify For African Nations Championship 2016

Super Eagles Qualify For African Nations Championship? YES! The Super Eagles Yesterday qualified for The 2016 African Nations Championship (also referred to as CHAN 2016).

This will be the 4th edition of the African Nations Championship.

Congratulations to them!

Despite the uncertainties of recent days which saw coach Sunday Oliseh flown abroad in urgent need of medical help, the Eagles fought hard and were helped by an early Burkinabe penalty miss to maintain the advantage they had from the first leg.

Nigeria have now joined hosts Rwanda, Morocco, Tunisia, Mali, Guinea, Niger, Gabon, DR Congo, Uganda, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Angola that have already qualified for the tournament.

The 2016 CHAN will take place from January 16 to February 7, 2016.
